Papa Pilo's is the culmination of 2 years of culinary experience and our founder's desire to bring New York Style Pizza to West Anaheim. He knew that great New York Style Pizza could be made anywhere. All you needed was quality indgredients, his unique recipes and a whole lot of passion. Here, at Papa Pilo's, Ray has been able to successfully blend the simplicity of the Pizzeria with the freshness of the fine Italian restaurant.
